Lead Product Designer

As a Lead Product Designer at Celigo, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall user experience of our integration and automation platform. You will be responsible for creating design assets, conducting user research, and managing a team of designers. Your focus will be on driving towards simple, easy-to-use, and elegant solutions for complex design problems. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product experiences, owning and driving strategic design decisions for a significant area of our product. You will lead the design process end-to-end, from conducting user research to designing micro interactions that enhance our product UIs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create design assets such as customer user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs to capture user behaviors and implementation details. - Advocate for user-centered design by prioritizing user research and data-driven insights. - Undertake user research activities to validate product concepts and transform insights into practical design solutions. - Provide mentorship, coaching, feedback, and guidance to designers you manage directly. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate design solutions. - Maintain a high bar for usability, accessibility, quality, and consistency through best practice design principles. **Qualifications:** - 5-8+ years of experience in designing user experiences with a portfolio demonstrating your processes and deliverables. - 2+ years of experience in mentorship, coaching, and people management roles. - Expertise in Figma/FigJam and related UX design tools. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. - Background in designing complex B2B applications or SaaS products using agile methods. - Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
