Lead Product Designer

What we're looking for: - Possess over 6 years of experience in product design, focusing on customer-facing applications and web e-commerce platforms. - Demonstrate strong product thinking skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently. - Show a proven track record of collaborating within product teams to deliver successful user-centric products. - Exhibit excellent visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail, typography, color, and layout. - Display an intrinsic interest in utilizing new tools, such as AI, to enhance work efficiency and quality. - Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. - Be comfortable working in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments. - Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools. - Embrace a collaborative approach, possess a humble attitude, and an open mindset. What you'll do: - Take charge of the entire user journey, from conceptualization to the final design implementation. - Work closely with product managers to comprehend user requirements, define problem statements, and create actionable project plans. - Design seamless and intuitive web and mobile experiences that prioritize user simplicity and clarity. - Partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure smooth project delivery and successful launches. - Continuously assess your designs post-launch, identifying opportunities for refinement and further enhancement. - Engage in regular design critiques, providing and receiving feedback to elevate design quality.
