Job Description

Expertise in aerospace manufacturing & special processes including:

Machining, forming, heat treatment, surface treatment
Welding, bonding, composites

Strong understanding of aerospace materials:
Aluminum alloys, Titanium, Superalloys, Composites
Proven experience with
process qualification, validation
, and
NADCAP compliance
In-depth knowledge of
AS9100, FAA/EASA standards, customer specifications, and FAI requirements
Proficiency in
GD&T
, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
Hands-on experience with
PFMEA, control plans, SPC, and process capability analysis
Proficiency with
CAD/CAM tools
such as CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent
