Job Title - Sr/Lead Process Design Engineer(Water Treatment Project)
Experience 6 to20 Years

Industry - Water Treatment/Waste Water Treatment/Effluent Treatment/Sewage Treatment/Brackish water, Seawater and Wastewater
Preparation of preliminary Process design for:
Pretreatment (includes Clarifiers, Lamella, DAF, Media filters, Ultra-filtration, etc.),
Biological Treatment Technologies - Anaerobic & Aerobic (ASP,EA,MBBR,MBR,FBBR), Biogas Treatment, etc.
Membrane System such as Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis (includes Brackish water, Seawater and Wastewater)
Chemical dosing system
Sludge treatment (includes Thickener, Screw Press, Belt Filter Press, Centrifuge, Plate &Frame Filter press, etc.) and
Post treatment (includes lime reactor, silo, etc.),
Aware about Latest Trending Technologies in the Industry
The above design comprising the selection of process and process calculations, Biological
Technologies Selection, Membrane selection, filters selection etc. Hydraulic calculation, chemical dosing calculations, pressure drop calculation, line sizing etc.
Preparation of layout, PFD, P&ID, HFD, electrical load list and power consumption atdifferent at different conditions with respect to tender guaranteed parameters.
Prepare enquiry documents (RFQ), scopes of work, datasheets, etc for valves, pumps andother engineering items with proper selections required Water & Wastewater/Effluent
Treatment Package and bids.
Preparation of Control philosophy, O&M manual, commissioning book etc. for the execution of the project.
To interact closely with PLC engineer to help in logic development for FAT and SAT.
Taking part in the Commissioning activities
Participation in technical meetings, decision making, preparing MOM and coordination with the clients and overseas offices.
