Lead Process & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design & Development

• Formulate and design product programs for SME lending across secured and unsecured products.
• Benchmark industry practices and incorporate regulatory guidelines to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to define eligibility criteria, pricing, and risk parameters.

Program Management & Governance

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of credit programs including launch, monitoring, and periodic review.
• Ensure alignment of credit programs with business strategy, risk appetite, and regulatory norms.
• Drive automation and digitization of policy implementation through system rule engines and workflows.

Performance Monitoring & Evaluation

• Track program performance across key metrics such as approval rates, delinquency trends, and portfolio health.
• Conduct impact analysis and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management and regulatory submissions.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Tech, Business) for policy approvals and implementation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for credit policy-related queries and training.
• Represent MSME lending in cross-functional forums and regulatory interactions as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA/CA or equivalent with 610 years of experience in MSME lending, credit policy, or product management.
• Strong understanding of MSME customer segments, regulatory frameworks, and credit underwriting.
• Experience in designing and managing credit programs in a banking or NBFC environment.
• Exposure to digital lending platforms, rule engines, and data-driven decisioning is preferred.
