Lead Performance Engineer

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of performance engineering experience with automated and manual testing to include on prem and in the cloud (preferably GCP
• Will be responsible for providing direction on testing best practices
• Will be responsible for working on distributed testing in GCP
• Will be building test suites
• Making recommendation for testing tools
• Experience with performance testing tools such as Neoload, K6, and Locust
• Python scripting for writing unit tests
• Ability to effectively communicate across offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define

  performance testing best practices

  across the organization.
• Design and execute

  distributed performance tests

  in

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  .
• Build and maintain

  automated test suites

  for performance validation.
• Evaluate and recommend

  performance testing tools

  and frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with

  offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams

  to ensure alignment and execution of testing strategies.
• Utilize tools such as

  NeoLoad, k6, and Locust

  to simulate and analyze system performance.
• Develop and maintain

  Python scripts

  for unit and performance testing.
• Provide detailed performance analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
