Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities

•  New Product Development Enhance and manage deployments of Retail EMI channels and systems like SFDC, FinOne.
•  Improvement in LOS and LMS journeys.
•  Ideate and deliver innovative Dealer solutions for multiple channel
•  Owning Regular Monitoring and TechOps KPIs for platform uptime and delivering the required success rates to businesses.
•  Experience in consumer lending is must and up to date with lending compliance.
•  Deploying products to customers of Bajaj Finserv on both mobile app and web platforms.
•  Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross functional teams like IT, Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, Legal, etc.
•  Regular engagement with all dependent and onboarded external vendors.
•  Develop and operate a CI/CD cycle with IT delivery teams for the product
•  Good understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve products
•  Keeping oneself abreast with latest regulatory changes across different products and ensuring compliance by engaging with different cross functional units and regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications And Experience

•  Work Experience
•  Minimum 2-3 years of running products on unsecured consumer lending industry with either banks or non-banks.
•  Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
•  Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
•  Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.
•  Experience in business through digital channels preferred.
