Job Description

In this role at MyOperator, you will be leading the Partnerships & Alliances team to drive strategic partnerships, channel alliances, and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and scaling strategic partners, training and mentoring the team, developing partnership programs, building relationships with key industry players, negotiating high-impact deals, and tracking key performance indicators. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partnerships with business objectives. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 - 9 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Alliances, preferably in a SaaS/product-based company. - Proven track record in generating revenue through partnerships and alliances. - Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing high-performance teams. - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close complex partnership deals. - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute data-driven partnership strategies. - Strong relationship-building skills with an existing network in SaaS, telecom, or cloud-based industries being a plus.
