The team prioritizes building relationships, creating value, and nurturing growth opportunities for all involved. - Develop Partnerships: Secure strong alliances with merchants to foster mutually beneficial relationships. - Pitch Product: Introduce and onboard merchants onto the platform by effectively presenting the product offerings. - Monitor Performance: Analyze the performance metrics and create detailed reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Manage Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong communication channels. - Work Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales at a tech firm is essential. - Key Qualities: You should possess qualities of being disciplined, driven, and eager to learn. - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. - Strategic Thinker: Good knowledge of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy is required. - Skilled in logical reasoning, storytelling, strategic partnerships, and knowledge of SaaS products, Fin-Tech, and B2B sales.
