Lead - Partner and Alliances

Trinity is seeking a talented and proactive professional to join our team in the role of Partner & Alliance Lead. In this critical leadership position, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our partner strategy to drive business growth and revenue. As the Partner and Alliance Lead, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategic partnerships that deliver mutual value and support our company's objectives. Key Responsibilities - Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities in alignment with our strategic goals. - Cultivate and manage relationships with partners, including contract negotiation and management. - Create and execute joint marketing initiatives, sales enablement programs, and product integrations. - Collaborate with product teams to enhance existing products and develop new integrations. - Ensure successful onboarding and ongoing management of partners. - Monitor partnership performance and provide insights for program optimization. - Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments in partnerships. Qualification & Experience - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in partner or alliance management within the technology sector. - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. - Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and project management. - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of technology industry trends in partnerships and alliances. - Willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
