We’re Hiring: Team Leader – US Voice Process (BPO) Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday | Fixed Weekends Off) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives Age Limit: 18–32 Years Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our International BPO Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 1.5 years of relevant leadership experience in a B2C environment, ideally in a sales or lead generation process. In this role, you will guide a dynamic team to meet performance goals while ensuring operational excellence. Proficiency with CRM systems and other technical tools commonly used in BPO operations is essential. Key Requirements: Experience: At least 1.5 years of leadership experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO (Voice Process). Process Exposure: Experience in B2C sales and lead generation is an added advantage. Location: Based in Ahmedabad, comfortable working night shifts. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Technical Proficiency: Familiar with CRM platforms and other essential technical tools in a BPO environment. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve and exceed performance targets. Sales Focus: A strong track record of driving and achieving sales targets.
