Accurately update customer interactions in our CRM system . Meet daily performance goals and support team success. Ensure compliance with company processes and international service standards. What We’re Looking For: Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills. Prior experience in a US voice process is a big plus — but not mandatory. A cool head to handle customer escalations and resolve issues calmly. Willingness to work night shifts (Monday to Friday). A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team spirit.
