This role is for the Operations team, based in the Gurgaon warehouse/office, focusing on North India logistics and supply chain for our warehouses across Gurgaon, Jaipur, Sri Ganganagar, Lucknow, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Jammu and Agra.

Role Description

We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day warehouse and logistics for solar equipment distribution across North India from our Gurgaon hub.

Responsibilities:

• Logistics Optimization:

  Ensure very competitive transportation pricing for solar equipment dispatches across North India by negotiating and managing relationships with key third-party transport vendors.

• Resource Management:

  Secure reliable forklift and labor availability at optimal pricing to ensure smooth day-to-day loading and unloading operations at the Gurgaon facility.

• Quality Assurance:

  Enforce strict processes for the loading, unloading, and packaging of solar panels for every dispatch and arrival to prevent damage, given the fragile nature of the equipment.

• Inventory Control:

  Maintain impeccable equipment serial number records and detailed stock management using in-house apps, barcode scanning systems, and manual cross-checks for the North India inventory.

• Operational Compliance:

  Coordinate seamlessly with Accounts and Sales teams to ensure proper invoicing, e-way bill generation, and payment clearances (go-ahead) to facilitate efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems.
• Experience in coordinating transportation and managing logistics vendors, particularly in the North India region.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.
