Our product portfolio includes top brands of solar panels (Adani Solar), inverters (Hitachi Solar, Hopewind Solar, Jio Sparq Solar Micro-Inverter), and a comprehensive range of Balance of System (BOS) components such as rooftop solar kits, earthing kits, mounting structures, and more. Loop Solar is on track to achieve a revenue of over Rs. 300 cr in FY 25-26. Job Summary:

Loop Solar is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Lead to drive our business growth in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. While experience in the solar industry is not mandatory, a background in sales and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand Loop Solar's market share in Rajasthan.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with solar installers, EPC companies, and other key players in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively promote and sell Loop Solar's product portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitor landscape.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience:

    5+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:

    A proactive and self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
  • Agency and Initiative:

    A proven track record of taking initiative and demonstrating agency in previous roles.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Location:

    Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
