We have an Urgent Hiring for - Lead Network & IT Infrastructure Experience: 5+years to 9 years Mandate Skills: Strong knowledge Device and network configuration, routers ,firewall, switches ,VPN Location: Hyderabad ( WFH ) Notice Period: Immediate joiner/ 15 Days Min.1 year of experience as a Team Lead ( on paper ) Job Summary As an IT Network & IT Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure for Coimbatore. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Coimbatore network systems. This position involves working closely with internal teams, providing support, and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless operations. **Client having one branch in Coimbatore, So you have to work from Hyderabad Office & oversee the other branches. Essential Functions and Tasks: Design, implement, and maintain the network, server & Desktop infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency. Internal Support: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT requirements and provide necessary support. Offer technical expertise and guidance to resolve issues for end-users. Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors providing related products and services. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery, implementation, and support of network solutions. Security and Compliance. Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the organization's network & systems against potential threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Project Management: Lead and participate in IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and new implementations. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Create and update network diagrams to aid in understanding the network topology.
