Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end network automation and IaC delivery.
• Design scalable automation for provisioning, configuration, audits, and compliance.
• Build Python-based automation frameworks and reusable tools.
• Implement IaC using Terraform and Ansible.
• Work with NETCONF/YANG, Jinja templating, and model-driven automation.
• Design microservice-based automation apps and secure APIs.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and security standards.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices.

Required Skills

• 10–12+ years in networking/infrastructure with automation focus.
• Strong Python scripting and API integration expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform & Ansible.
• Experience with NETCONF/YANG & Jinja templating.
• Solid networking fundamentals.
• Strong Git & CI/CD exposure.
• Proven leadership in automation delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Banking/financial domain experience.
• Exposure to multiple network vendors.
• Experience with containers/Kubernetes & event-driven automation.
• Source of Truth and secrets management knowledge.

Qualification

Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS (or equivalent).
Certifications like CCNP/CCIE/JNCIP are a plus.
