Design scalable automation for provisioning, configuration, audits, and compliance. Build Python-based automation frameworks and reusable tools. Implement IaC using Terraform and Ansible. Work with NETCONF/YANG, Jinja templating, and model-driven automation. Design microservice-based automation apps and secure APIs. Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and security standards. Mentor engineers and drive best practices. Required Skills 10–12+ years in networking/infrastructure with automation focus. Strong Python scripting and API integration expertise. Hands-on experience with Terraform & Ansible. Experience with NETCONF/YANG & Jinja templating. Solid networking fundamentals. Strong Git & CI/CD exposure. Proven leadership in automation delivery. Preferred Skills Banking/financial domain experience. Exposure to multiple network vendors. Experience with containers/Kubernetes & event-driven automation. Source of Truth and secrets management knowledge.
