Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Network Automation Engineer to join our team at Chevron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network automation and engineering, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and maintain network automation solutions using various tools and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of network automation projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and management.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of networking protocols and architectures, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
