About the Role

Mystiquex is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-level full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team across backend, frontend, and DevOps.Own architecture, design, and delivery of complex full-stack systems.Provide strong technical leadership and enforce coding standards.Develop backend services using Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Distributed Systems.Oversee and guide frontend architecture using Angular (React not required).Drive technical roadmap, design reviews, and architecture discussions.Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams.Ensure best development practices (CI/CD, security, code quality).Troubleshoot high-impact production issues and guide root cause analysis.

Required Skills

Technical Expertise8–10 years of full-stack engineering with strong hands-on development skills.Expertise in Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.Strong experience in Microservices, API Gateway, and Service Mesh.Solid expertise in Angular frontend development.Strong understanding of cloud-native applications (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure is an added advantage).Good exposure to DevOps technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.

Database

Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases:MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra

Architecture & Leadership

Proven experience designing scalable, high-availability systems.Ability to simplify complex problems and guide developers.Strong code review, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong strategic thinking with ownership mindset.

Good to Have

Experience working with event-driven systems (Kafka).Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.Domain knowledge in FinTech, SaaS, Healthcare, or E-commerce.
