About the Role

Mystiquex is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should excel in user research, prototyping, wireframing, and designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-centric interfaces for
web and mobile apps
.
Create
wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
using Figma/XD.
Conduct
user research, usability testing, and design iterations
.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver UX-driven solutions.
Establish and maintain
design systems, UI standards, and style guides
.
Work closely with engineering teams for design handoff and implementation.
Translate complex requirements into simple, user-friendly designs.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
.
Experience designing
SaaS, enterprise apps, or B2C digital products
.
Strong understanding of
user flows, journey maps, personas, and design systems
.
Good knowledge of
responsive design, accessibility, and cross-device UI optimisation
.
Ability to collaborate closely with development teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing web & mobile design work.

Good to Have

Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
Experience with motion graphics / micro-interactions.
Familiarity with Agile workflows and Jira.
