Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to design and deliver exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in user-centered design, visual design principles, and proficiency in modern design tools, with Figma experience as a must-have .

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma .
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards .
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

• Experience: 6+ years in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory); experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of responsive design , design systems , and WCAG accessibility standards .
• Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design handoff discussions.
• Experience with user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-driven design decisions.
• Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design principles.
