About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with a strong background in Apache frameworks, Kafka, and AWS to join our growing technology team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that power critical systems and processes. 🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications

Work extensively with Apache frameworks (e.g., Apache Camel, Spark, or Flink)

Integrate and manage Kafka-based messaging systems for real-time data processing

Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Ensure code quality through unit testing, automation, and code reviews

Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability

Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions when needed

✅Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development

Strong expertise in Apache technologies, especially in a big data or distributed systems context

Deep understanding of Kafka architecture, stream processing, and event-driven design

Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.

Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

💡Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Certification in AWS or Kafka is a plus
