✨ We’re Hiring | Lead Interior Designer – Residential Projects ✨
We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury residential interiors to lead design concepts and mentor a growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and FF&E selections
• Ensure on-site execution aligns with approved design intent
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors
• Review CAD/Revit drawings and oversee 3D visual outputs
• Conduct client presentations and address design feedback
• Guide and mentor 3–4 designers to maintain quality standards
• Plan weekly schedules and share progress updates with management
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture / Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Suite
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
• Preferred: Female candidate residing nearby
