Responsibility: '- To carry out Conceptual, basic, FEED, FEED Verification & Detailed engineering works relevant to Instrumentation & Control Discipline which will include but not limited to the following: - Instrumentation & Control philosophies / Basis of Design - Study & review of PFD, P & ID. - Instrumentation sizing & selection. - Control valve sizing & selection. - Preparation of data sheets, specifications for Instrumentation related items. - Preparation of Cause & effect matrix - Preparation of Instrumentation schedule. - Participation & provide input in various studies analysis & reports such Feasibility, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Fire & explosion, Hazard etc. - Preparation of MRs, TBEs and review vendor drawings to support procurement activities. - Preparation of MTO for Instrumentation discipline. - Good knowledge of Plant control systems such F & G, DCS, SCADA, ESD, VMS, HMI etc. - Preparation of Fire & gas layout, Control room layout. - Development of control system architecture - Preparation of instrument location & cable routing layout, instrument index table, instrument loop diagrams, ICSS logic diagrams, etc. - Implementation of instrumentation scope in the plant 3D model - Good knowledge of telecom such as PAGA System, Elementary & Radio communication systems. - Preparation of O & M Manual for Instrumentation discipline. - To handle the Instrumentation & Control discipline work independently and liaise with engineering subcontractors/other disciplines and Instrumentation & Control equipment suppliers as applicable. - Prepare a detailed Instrumentation & Control discipline work execution schedule that is coordinated and compatible with the other engineering disciplines. - To support bid department with Instrumentation & Control related inputs and deliverables as and when required. Qualitification: '1. Thorough knowledge of International Standards like ISA, NFPA, OSHA, ANSI, IEC & other relevant Industry codes for discipline are MUST.; Knowledge of RoK SNiPs & GOSTS shall be a PLUS. 2. Hands on experience of AutoCAD; 3. Strong verbal and written skills in English is must & knowledge of Russian Language will have an added advantage 4.
