Job Description

As the Lead Industry Partnerships at CMC Skills, your role will involve spearheading initiatives to identify, engage, and onboard industries for manpower sourcing agreements. Your primary focus will be on completing sign-ups with industries and expanding our employer network. This leadership position requires strategic outreach, effective stakeholder management, and strong closing abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the overall strategy for identifying and targeting industries requiring manpower. - Build and lead industry outreach efforts across various sectors such as manufacturing, services, logistics, retail, and engineering. - Conduct high-level meetings with HR Heads, Operations Heads, CSR Leaders, and Plant Managers to present manpower sourcing solutions. - Negotiate and finalize manpower sourcing agreements in collaboration with internal teams. - Ensure consistent pipeline creation and closure of industry sign-ups. - Develop and maintain long-term partnerships to address recurring manpower requirements. - Provide guidance to junior team members in prospecting and engaging with industries. - Maintain reports, dashboards, and industry outreach trackers for management review. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sign-up targets. **Primary Key Result Area (KRA):** - Completion of manpower sourcing sign-ups with industries. *(Performance evaluation will be based solely on closures and onboarding of industry partners.)* **Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field. - 4-8 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Industry Liaison, Placement Partnerships, or Skill Development sector. - Strong industry network and ability to initiate conversations with senior stakeholders. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Proven track record of target achievement and closing B2B agreements. - Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach. - Willingness to travel for industry meetings and onboarding. **Core Competencies:** - Leadership & ownership - Stakeholder management - Strategic thinking - Relationship-building - High closing capability In addition to a challenging role, you will be entitled to attractive performance incentives, travel reimbursement, and the opportunity to lead partnerships with top industries.
