Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

Experience

• Minimum 7+ years as a Business Analyst in large-scale product development environments.

• Proven analytical abilities and experience generating process documentation and reports.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Experience collaborating remotely with multiple Scrum teams.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Ability to work independently with limited guidance; strong ownership mindset.

• Strong understanding of Lean Agile principles and SAFe practices.

• Hands-on experience writing EPICs, Capabilities, Features, and User Stories.

• Proficiency in identifying and documenting customer needs, pain points, and problem areas.

• Strong capability to prioritize work and deliver customer value.

• High proficiency in technical writing.

• Extensive experience with data visualization tools.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Retail industry product development experience.

• Experience in creating launch materials, user documentation, and training content.

• Exposure to process optimization, workflow design, or business process re-engineering.

• Experience supporting solution discovery and use-case mapping.
