Role Description Job Title: Business Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, development, and technical teams, to analyze and define business needs and recommend effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define enterprise goals and objectives. Develop strategies and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to design and implement solutions. Champion requirements elicitation using various techniques such as workshops, interviews, and use cases. Work closely with DevOps and development teams to manage risks, dependencies, and ensure successful delivery. Proactively identify business problems and propose actionable solutions. Use analytical skills to prioritize and solve complex business problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs. Lead and mentor junior Business Analysts and assist in their development. Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA). Knowledge of programming languages like Java or C# and scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AODocs Collaboration platform is an advantage. Expected Outcomes Timely identification of business issues and dependencies.
