Role Impact:

Identity and Access Management (IAM) team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategic Direction

  : Develop and refine the

  strategic direction

  for the department, ensuring alignment with DTCC's overall business objectives.

• Product Management

  : Manage DTCC's IAM products across various environments, ensuring

  availability, scalability

  , and

  stability

  .

• Collaborate with Engineering

  : Work with engineering teams to

  enhance products

  and advocate for features that address

  security needs

  and improve the customer experience.

• Customer Engagement

  : Engage directly with customers to understand their

  challenges

  and

  requirements

  , ensuring solutions meet their needs.

• Operational Efficiency

  : Assist in overseeing departmental processes to ensure

  operational efficiency

  and quality, supporting

  management best practices

  .

• Compliance & Security

  : Maintain compliance with industry standards and security best practices, and actively participate in

  security incident response

  planning and execution.

• Budget & Resource Management

  : Assist with

  budget management

  and

  resource planning

  for the department, supporting

  vendor relationships

  and technology investments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience

  in the

  IAM field

  .

• Bachelor's degree

  preferred or

  equivalent experience

  .

• Proven ability to manage

  detailed product requirements

• Familiarity with

  Identity protocols

  such as

  OIDC

  , and authentication technologies like
