Role Description Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer Location : Pune,Noida,Bangalore,Chennai,Hyd,TVM,Chennai,Kochi Experience Range : 5 to 8 years overall, with minimum 2+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, build, and optimize data-driven customer engagement solutions. You will collaborate with marketing teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, personalized, multi-channel campaigns using various SFMC modules and tools. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing and architecture teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SFMC solutions. Design and develop multi-channel campaigns using: Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio Cloud Pages Mobile Studio Develop AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS for personalized emails and landing pages. Create and manage Data Extensions, SQL queries, and segmentation logic. Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Troubleshoot issues across journeys, automations, and data flows. Manage change and deployment to production environments. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and internal data policies. Maintain documentation for custom development, configurations, and integration processes. Participate in QA, code reviews, and enforce best development practices. Work independently, manage time efficiently, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Must-Have Skills Salesforce Marketing Cloud – hands-on with: Email Studio Web Studio Mobile Studio Strong coding proficiency in: AMPscript Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) SQL HTML/CSS Integration using SFMC APIs (REST/SOAP) Experience with at least 2 end-to-end SFMC implementations Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and data modeling Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to: Einstein features (AI-based personalization) MobilePush Real-time personalization tools Experience with Agile methodologies Understanding of cross-cloud integrations and multi-BU data management Certifications Mandatory: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Preferred: Other Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Admin, Consultant) Skills Salesforce Marketing Cloud,Salesforce,Salesforce Integration Show more Show less
