The role involves interpreting design specifications, developing robust and reusable automation components, and ensuring high standards of coding, documentation, and deployment. The developer is expected to work creatively to optimize application performance, contribute to design discussions, and influence best practices within the team. Key Responsibilities: Interpret application\/feature\/component designs and implement the same. Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product\/component development stages. Validate results with user representatives and commission the overall solution. Optimize development for cost, quality, and efficiency. Select and apply suitable technical options (reuse, reconfigure, create). Manage delivery of modules and\/or user stories. Perform root cause analysis of defects and define mitigation plans. Create and review technical documentation including test cases, results, and design documentation. Execute and monitor release processes. Contribute to high-level and low-level designs (HLD\/LLD\/SAD). Support configuration and compliance plans. Interface with customers to clarify requirements and present solutions. Mentor team members, set goals, and ensure engagement and development. Mandatory Skills: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development. Strong programming knowledge in .NET, C#, or VB.NET . Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator , and other UiPath components. Hands-on experience in automation design, implementation, deployment, and support . Experience with integrated development environments , SDLC , and Agile methodologies (Scrum\/Kanban) . Strong understanding of RPA best practices and coding standards . Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of other RPA tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. Familiarity with database technologies (SQL\/NoSQL) and data modeling . Domain knowledge in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or other verticals. Experience in cloud deployments , API integrations , and enterprise system automation . UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or equivalent. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities. Team leadership and mentoring capabilities. Proactive approach and high accountability. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management. Business etiquette in written and verbal communication. Certifications: UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (preferred). Relevant domain\/technology certifications (desirable). Performance Measures: Adherence to coding standards and project timelines. Number and severity of technical issues and defects. Compliance with mandatory training and process adherence.
