Role Description Job Title: Senior Frontend (React with Cypress or Selenium) Location: Trivandrum only Experience : 6+ years Notice Period : Immediate - 40 days Mandatory Skill: React, Redux and Cypress or Selenium About The Role We are seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer with a strong background in React, and modern CSS/UI libraries . In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing performant, scalable, and visually consistent web applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build exceptional user interfaces and contribute to architecture and process improvements. Required 6+ years of experience in frontend development, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. Deep experience with React and its ecosystem. Hands-on experience with Remix or similar server-rendered frameworks. Strong grasp of frontend architecture, component design, and UI patterns. Should have experience in Writing end-to-end tests using Cypress or Playwright or Selenium. Experience with performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines. Understanding of web security best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of frontend components using React and TypeScript. Apply modern CSS techniques (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS, and CSS-in-JS) to build responsive, accessible UIs. Work with UI frameworks such as Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, or Bootstrap for rapid and consistent interface development. Implement server-side rendering using Remix or similar frameworks. Optimize frontend performance through testing and profiling. Write and maintain end-to-end tests using Cypress or Playwright. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features. Utilize state management solutions like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes. Promote best practices in frontend development, including web security, accessibility, and testing. Nice to Have Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small teams. Contributions to open-source frontend projects. Familiarity with design systems and UX principles.
