Job Description

As a key member of the HR Enterprise Applications team, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations and implementation of SuccessFactors/SAP HR applications. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these applications align effectively with the business needs and objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze business requirements and design innovative solutions to enhance the overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a comprehensive roadmap for integrating AI technologies into SuccessFactors. By implementing AI-enabled features such as chatbots, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms, you will drive innovation and efficiency improvements within the HR processes. Providing guidance and support to HR teams, you will help them leverage the latest technologies to automate processes, improve decision-making, and deliver personalized experiences to employees. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology, specifically focusing on SuccessFactors/SAP HR implementation and administration. A strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and systems is essential, along with experience in project management methodologies and tools. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in evaluating and implementing AI technologies within SuccessFactors. Preferred industries for this role include Manufacturing and Information Technology. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required to meet the qualifications for this position. In terms of primary skills, you should have proven experience in successfully implementing SuccessFactors/SAP HR, along with the ability to strategically think about AI-enabled solutions and their impact on employee experience and business outcomes. Experience in integrating AI technologies with existing HR systems and processes will be beneficial. Effective communication and collaboration skills are also necessary to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Secondary skills that would be advantageous include understanding best practices and benchmarking processes in HR. Furthermore, your behavioral competencies should include the ability to articulate a clear vision for the SuccessFactors implementation project, inspire and motivate team members, facilitate collaboration between HR, IT, and external consultants, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and trust.,
