Job Description

As a key member of the HR Enterprise Applications team, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations and implementation of SuccessFactors/SAP HR applications. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these applications align effectively with the business needs and objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze business requirements and design innovative solutions to enhance the overall employee experience. - Developing and maintaining a comprehensive roadmap for integrating AI technologies into SuccessFactors. - Implementing AI-enabled features such as chatbots, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms to drive innovation and efficiency improvements within HR processes. - Providing guidance and support to HR teams to leverage the latest technologies for process automation, improved decision-making, and personalized employee experiences. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR technology, focusing on SuccessFactors/SAP HR implementation and administration. - Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and systems. - Experience in project management methodologies and tools. - Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating and implementing AI technologies within SuccessFactors. Preferred industries for this role include Manufacturing and Information Technology. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Primary skills required: - Proven experience in successfully implementing SuccessFactors/SAP HR. - Ability to strategically think about AI-enabled solutions and their impact on employee experience and business outcomes. - Experience in integrating AI technologies with existing HR systems and processes. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Advantageous secondary skills include: - Understanding best practices and benchmarking processes in HR. - Behavioral competencies such as articulating a clear vision for the SuccessFactors implementation project, inspiring and motivating team members, facilitating collaboration between HR, IT, and external consultants, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.,
