Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Partner with the VP of Sales and Cofounder to develop and execute short- and long-term sales growth strategies.
Identify key levers to improve pipeline conversion, outbound efficiency, and overall sales productivity.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects to improve GTM outcomes, such as lead funnel optimization, territory planning, and segment-level strategy.
Work closely with SDR, AE, and Revenue Ops teams to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
Analyze CRM and pipeline data to generate actionable insights on deal velocity, forecast accuracy, win/loss trends, and more.
Assist in building sales playbooks, incentive models, and performance dashboards.
Support founder/leadership-level strategic discussions with data, models, and proposals.

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, consulting, or GTM roles in a high-growth SaaS or tech organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsmust be highly data-fluent (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, forecasting tools).
Experience working closely with sales or business leadership; founder-facing experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly self-driven, organized, and outcome-focused
