Position : Lead Generation Specialist

Location : Ahmedabad

• Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: ? Source and qualify leads from Upwork job postings based on service criteria. ? Use LinkedIn search, filters, and Sales Navigator to identify ideal prospects. ? Utilize AI tools (like Apollo, Clay, Browse AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up lead discovery and personalization. ? Collect and organize lead data (name, email, company, role, location, etc.) in spreadsheets or CRM tools. ? Support outreach efforts by preparing prospect lists for cold email or LinkedIn messaging. ? Track lead generation performance and suggest improvements to targeting or process. ? Maintain up-to-date records and avoid duplication.

Skills & Requirements: ? Proven experience with Upwork lead sourcing and LinkedIn prospecting ? Comfortable using AI tools for lead generation and automation ? Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets ? Basic understanding of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Google Sheets ? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ? Excellent written English communication

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): ? Experience with cold outreach or email marketing ? Familiarity with data scraping tools ? Background in digital marketing or agency environment
