Role Overview We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist who will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential salon and spa partners. This role involves researching, sourcing, and initiating contact with leads to support the client acquisition and sales teams. You will help build a strong pipeline to drive Trakky’s expansion in the beauty and wellness sector. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential salon/spa businesses in target markets. Generate high-quality leads through outbound calling, social media, directories, and online platforms. Qualify leads by understanding business needs, decision-making authority, and readiness. Maintain and update a lead database using CRM tools. Coordinate with the client acquisition and sales teams to schedule appointments and demos. Follow up with potential leads through phone, email, or messaging. Track daily activity and performance metrics. Candidate Requirements Based in Ahmedabad (mandatory for in-office role). 1+ year of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or business development preferred. Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Detail-oriented with good research and data entry skills. Familiarity with lead generation tools, Google Sheets, and CRMs is a plus.
