Role Overview We are looking for a Web Developer who will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our web applications. You’ll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create user-friendly, scalable, and high-performance websites and dashboards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain user-facing features across our web platforms. Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and pixel-perfect web pages. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. Integrate APIs and work with backend developers to deliver seamless functionality. Optimize websites for maximum speed, usability, and scalability. Troubleshoot and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and UI inconsistencies. Maintain code quality and participate in regular code reviews. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in web development. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Good understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility issues. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and AJAX. Experience with Git and version control workflows. Basic knowledge of backend development (Python/Django or Node.js is a plus). Preferred Skills Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or other UI libraries. Familiarity with SEO optimization for web applications. Understanding of performance monitoring and tools like Lighthouse or Google PageSpeed. Knowledge of CMS tools (WordPress experience is a plus but not required).
