Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:

Note: Comfortable working night shifts (US Business Hours 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) – mandatory.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Career Advisor – Lead Generation Specialist to join our international recruitment and staffing team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads and building strong relationships with OPT candidates in the USA, guiding them through career opportunities and helping them connect with potential employers.

This is a performance-driven, international process role that requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a strong interest in career advisory and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and engage with OPT candidates through various platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates actively seeking opportunities in the US job market.
• Explain our career advisory services and staffing support to candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Generate leads, follow up, and maintain regular communication with candidates to understand their career goals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies.
• Track leads and maintain accurate data in CRM and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, lead generation, or sales roles are welcome.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international process and meet lead generation targets.
• Comfortable working night shifts (US Business Hours) – mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
