Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, web searches, and databases.
  • Generate qualified leads via cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
  • Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings and nurturing early-stage prospects.
  • Understand client pain points and align them with company offerings.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation activities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or IT background).
  • 0–1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a fresher with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Eagerness to learn sales and business development in the IT industry.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational and research skills.
