Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Coimbatore Job Type: Fulltime (onsite) Experience: 2+ years Budget: ₹5 – ₹8 LPA Key Responsibilities: Research and build targeted prospect lists based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) Source and verify email contacts using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter, and Snov.io Write compelling and personalized cold email copy, including subject lines, body text, and CTAs Set up and manage email outreach sequences using Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake Monitor campaign metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, replies, and positive responses Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance and improve engagement rates Follow up with interested leads, respond to queries, and book qualified meetings Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems like HubSpot or Pipedrive Stay current on cold outreach best practices, including deliverability, email warm-up, and spam compliance Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cold email outreach, sales development, or lead generation Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Familiarity with outbound sales processes and understanding of B2B buyer behavior Proficiency with outreach and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Snov.io, Hunter, Lemlist, etc. Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar platforms Strong research and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously Comfortable with KPI tracking and performance optimization Highly organized and results-oriented personality Note: Strong written and verbal English communication is essential, as the team collaborates with stakeholders across the globe and uses English as the primary language.
