Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities by generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, emailing, and social media. Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies. Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance. Nurture leads through regular follow-up communication. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Ideal Candidate: Sound knowledge of IT hardware & software solutions lead generation, inside sales, and client engagement Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
