Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our team for the UK process. The primary responsibility will be to identify, connect, and generate potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK region.
• Identify potential clients and decision-makers through online research and business directories.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
• Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
• Schedule appointments or demos with interested prospects for the sales team.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for leads and calls.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure lead conversion.
• Follow up on older leads and maintain engagement.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (UK accent is a plus).
• Basic understanding of the UK market and business culture.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or similar roles (preferred).
• Ability to handle rejections and work independently.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and outreach platforms like LinkedIn.
• Must have a laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.

Salary:

Performance-based income
