Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads to fuel our company's growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our network and contributing to the success of GoRoomGo.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences within the travel and hospitality sector.
• Generate leads through various channels including online research, social media, and potentially cold outreach.
• Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
• Maintain a database of leads and track progress using CRM or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve and exceed targets for lead generation and qualification.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
• Basic understanding of the sales process and lead generation techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software or lead tracking tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in lead generation or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
• Incentive: ₹3,000 per month on over-achievement of targets.

• Day Shift
• Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
