Lead Generation Specialist


The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, supporting outreach initiatives, and ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects. This position offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across sales and marketing.


Role Summary

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales pipeline through strategic research, targeted outreach, and initial prospect qualification. Your ability to identify decision-makers, initiate meaningful conversations, and provide valuable insights will directly impact our company’s growth and revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and relevant databases.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development (B2B experience preferred).
  • Proficient in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
