Role Overview

Lead Generation and Nurturing Specialist

The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and excels at building relationships through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and generate new business leads through multiple channels (calls, emails, social media, and networking).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Nurture prospects through regular communication, providing relevant information and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
  • Develop personalized email campaigns and follow-up sequences for lead engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for closure.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B business development (Preferring experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing systems or Machine Vision Technologies).
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and lead management workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to research and identify potential clients effectively.
  • Knowledge of email automation tools and social media outreach strategies.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
