Lead Generation Manager

As an experienced Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies to drive our business growth. Your role will involve managing a team of lead generation executives, collaborating with the marketing and sales departments, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads that align with our sales goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing lead generation strategies to support sales targets. - Managing and mentoring a team of lead generation executives. - Identifying new business opportunities through market research, campaigns, and digital channels. - Optimizing lead generation processes using various channels such as email campaigns, social media, SEO, paid ads, and cold outreach. - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to facilitate a smooth lead handover. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting lead generation metrics and conversion rates. - Managing CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data. - Testing new channels, tools, and approaches to enhance lead quality. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients. - Staying updated with industry trends and competitor activities. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 4-7 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or demand generation. - A proven track record of managing a lead generation team and achieving targets. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and B2B/B2C sales cycles. - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
