Lead Generation Manager

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer / Lead Expert to drive lead generation, optimize campaigns, and help scale our clients’ growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Generate high-quality leads for B2B and B2C clients.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare actionable reports.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
• Research new marketing strategies, tools, and trends to maximize ROI.
• Track budgets, ad spend, and campaign KPIs to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• Proven experience running paid campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
