Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Manager based in Meerut. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, identifying and qualifying potential leads, maintaining and updating customer databases, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. The role also includes tracking and analyzing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation and sales strategies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
