Job Description

Gravity Engineering Services is seeking a Lead Generation Intern to support our sales pipeline through research, outreach, and CRM management. If you're a passionate communicator, digitally savvy, and looking to build your B2B sales skills, this is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn/email outreach.
  • Research and qualify potential B2B leads.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred).
  • Track KPIs: lead volume, conversion, meetings booked.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales for smooth lead handovers.
  • Support with lead database creation and content inputs.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers Welcome).
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and lead gen platforms.
  • Knowledge of Canva/email tools (bonus).
  • Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Willing to work full-time on-site from Raipur.
  • Comfortable with a 10K fixed monthly stipend.
