Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to seek generate leads and fix appointments with study Overseas consultants to add academic and business assignment-related services to their portfolio. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and assisting clients with appointments of Sales Managers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert affix appointments for the sales team. Job Title : Lead Generation Executive Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential clients to for the sales team. Handle inbound queries from students, professionals, or businesses regarding assignment assistance. Convince regarding the utility of additional services offered to students studying/planning to study abroad also understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions (inbound queries). Explain services, pricing, and delivery timelines clearly and persuasively. Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion of inquiries into confirmed orders. Maintain records of calls, customer details, and transactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with writers, subject matter experts, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calls and sales targets. Requirements: Experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service (preferably in academic or content-related services). Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Basic knowledge of academic writing and assignments is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred). Note: Fresher s with good communication skills and intelligence level can also apply .
